Lana and Susan became friends because both of them are moms to heart babies. Lana's daughter, Harlie, was born with Tetrology of Falot. Susan's son, Henry, was born with Transposition of the Great Arteries. A tragedy that turned into an incredible friendship. They are hoping that by sharing their experiences as heart moms, that they can help others.
